Hot Stone Massage 30/60/90min - Heated stones are used as extensions of the therapists' hands for a delightful, warm treatment.

Deep Tissue Massage 30/60/90min - Slow strokes, direct pressure, and friction movements target chronic tension in muscles that lie far below the surface.

Cupping 30/60min - Ancient form of alternative medicine in which the therapist puts special cups on your skin to create suction. Benefits include pain reduction, decreased inflammation, improved blood flow, and tissue relaxation.

Foot Scrub - Indulge your feet with a foot scrub worked into your massage, followed by a hot towel wrap and finished with a deep moisture treatment.

Massage Gun - For extra stubborn knots, use of the massage gun helps your therapist to soften muscles more quickly for improved results.
