The Concierge PT Difference
Welcome to a new brand of physical therapy.
We separate ourselves from the rest by offering only individualized care by physical therapy experts. All of our therapists have extensive clinical experience and are constantly striving to learn new and innovative techniques to offer the best in rehabilitation.
Our appointments are structured to be one-on-one with the physical therapist for the entire session. You won't be passed off to an assistant or aide.
We also want to make sure that you are getting the most out of your session, so we tend to spend most of the session with hands-on treatments or focused, interactive exercises. You will never be doing exercises on your own that you could easily be doing at home.
Concierge Physical Therapy - you deserve this!
Initial Evaluation (60 min)
All new patients will need to have an initial evaluation with the physical therapist to discuss your goals/concerns, perform appropriate tests & measures; and create a customized treatment plan. This first appointment will also include a treatment.
Follow-Up Sessions (30 or 60min)
Your therapist will recommend the appropriate length of your follow-up appointment based on the treatment plan that was established during your initial evaluation.
A 30 min session will likely include at least 15-20 minutes of hands-on treatments with some supportive exercise training as needed.
A 60 min session will be more comprehensive with at least 30-40 min of hands-on treatments, more in-depth exercise training (as indicated) and pain relieving modalities (as indicated).
We are an Out-of-Network Physical Therapy Provider. This means that we will collect your flat fee payment at the time of your service. We will collect your insurance information, check your benefits and submit your insurance claim for you. If you have the appropriate benefits, you will receive a refund check in the mail from your insurance company. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement, but we will do our best to help you afford the necessary care that you need!

"I have been in physical therapy for tendinitis for 8 weeks; there has been an improvement; however, at a slow pace. After 8 weeks of PT, I made an appointment with Ann Edwards and after that first appointment cannot believe the huge improvement I now have in the rotation and movement of my elbow! I cannot say enough good things about the therapists at Restore Therapy Spa and highly recommend them to all!"

"I am very happy with the treatment I received on my ankle. The pain is totally gone in just a few treatments. Also did some work on my shoulder and have no more pain. Will be using Restore Therapy Spa again if I have any more aches and pains!"
"I have been seeing the therapists at Restore Therapy Spa for 2.5 months. I had problems with my neck, shoulders, and chest. I was experiencing numbness and limited range of motion in my neck. Since I started, I hardly have any numbness anymore. My range of motion is better, and I can turn my neck further than before. The therapists at Restore Therapy spa really did make me feel a lot better."
"The therapists at Restore Therapy Spa are helping me to undo 20 years of back and body misalignment. I have hope now that I will get out of having chronic pain to having pain once in awhile. I stretch every day but can’t do what these therapy protocol does. THANK YOU!!!

"When I arrived at Restore Therapy Spa, it was a very pleasant greeting. A nice comfortable feeling is what I felt. A feeling that I was somewhere to be helped with my ongoing pain in my lower back and left side going into every muscle of the buttocks.
I started my therapy on September 11, 2015. My main goal was to attend my granddaughter’s wedding in Williamsport, MD on September 26, 2015. I had to drive myself on Friday, the 25th, and I did not return until Monday, the 28th. Driving aggravates all the sore muscles. Sitting too long and standing too long does as well. Actually, at the time of the consultation, it was starting to interfere with sleep also.
Never before had my sleep been interrupted. I wanted to be able to enjoy my granddaughter’s wedding, see my family all together, and dance. Not just sit there like a “bump on a pickle”.
With the treatments I received, and the exercises, she recommended for me to make the drive which is a straight one and a half hour ride. Four days of non-stop driving, sitting, standing, dancing (fast & slow), and sightseeing in the Pen-Mar area was all accomplished. Exercising in between was also important.
I thank my therapist for your God given healing abilities. It made my granddaughter and the whole family happy to see me up and about.
Recommending the Manual Trigger Point Therapy is a YES! This will be a part of my plan to keep myself in tune for the years ahead. I am 72 years old. I have congenital issues with my skeleton that has slowed me down. But with this therapy, it has reversed and I am able to keep things under control which allows me to do the things I want. Along with pacing myself on activities, I am a pro active person and I would like it to stay that way as long as possible. This is the plan for me. Thank you and God Bless"
"[My therapist at Restore Therapy Spa] is very caring and does a great job with her patients. I pulled my back at work and in 1 session she had my back feeling 100 percent better. I will always call her first with any problems before doing weeks of physical therapy."
"A special thanks to [my therapist at Restore Therapy Spa] who always had a smile and encouraging words for you. She is really a gifted person and I am glad to have had her for my PT."
"You have literally changed my life! Your training and your ‘magic hands’ have given me my life back. I can’t thank you enough!"
"I am grateful that you always go above and beyond – to figure out the root of the problem – it makes all the difference."
