Premium/Prime Service

Treatment Time: 30-60 minutes

What to Expect

Initial Evaluation (60 min)

All new patients will need to have an initial evaluation with the physical therapist to discuss your goals/concerns, perform appropriate tests & measures; and create a customized treatment plan. This first appointment will also include a treatment.

Follow-Up Sessions (30 or 60min)

Your therapist will recommend the appropriate length of your follow-up appointment based on the treatment plan that was established during your initial evaluation.

A 30 min session will likely include at least 15-20 minutes of hands-on treatments with some supportive exercise training as needed.

A 60 min session will be more comprehensive with at least 30-40 min of hands-on treatments, more in-depth exercise training (as indicated) and pain relieving modalities (as indicated).

Individualized Care

Our appointments are structured to be one-on-one with the physical therapist for the entire session. You won't be passed off to an assistant or aide.

We also want to make sure that you are getting the most out of your session, so we tend to spend most of the session with hands-on treatments or focused, interactive exercises. You will never be doing exercises on your own that you could easily be doing at home.

Insurance Information

We are an Out-of-Network Physical Therapy Provider. This means that we will collect your flat fee payment at the time of your service. We will collect your insurance information, check your benefits and submit your insurance claim for you. If you have the appropriate benefits, you will receive a refund check in the mail from your insurance company. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that you will receive reimbursement, but we will do our best to help you afford the necessary care that you need!
