Stretch Therapy Menu

Classic Stretch: Focuses on elongating and mobilizing muscles through a series of assisted stretching techniques.

​

Fascia Stretch: Involves guided stretching combined with gentle traction to stretch through fascial lines, rather than focusing on one muscle group.

​​

CryoStretch: A Restore Therapy Spa exclusive! Utilizes cold air to penetrate the skin layers while simultaneously stretching the muscles, allowing for a deeper stretch and improved range of motion.

*CryoStretch is a great alternative to Dry Needling as it helps deactivate painful trigger points!

Massage Gun: For extra stubborn knots, use of the massage gun helps to soften muscles more quickly for improved results. 

Why Stretch Therapy?

Being stretched by a professional trained therapists is not only more relaxing and therapeutic, but allows your tissues to get into positions that are very difficult to achieve on your own. This will allow for very specific stretches to ensure a complete stretch to each muscle, and it will allow stretching of smaller harder to stretch muscles.

 

Note:

  • Wear comfortable clothing that will not restrict movement during your session - shorts may be provided if necessary.

  • A trained therapist will move your body through a sequence of movements and positions

  • The stretches should never be painful - your therapist will work with you along the way to find the most perfect stretch to maximize comfort and effectiveness

How Often?

  • Pain management: 1-2x/week

  • Athletic recovery/preparedness: 3 days leading up to or following athletic event

  • Muscle Strains: 1-2x/week until symptoms subside

  • Joint Pain/Arthritis: 1-2x/week

  • Posture imbalances: 1-2x/week until imbalance has been corrected
