Personal Training - A workout designed for your individual needs. Improve mobility, stability, and strength through low impact exercises using your own body weight. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Corrective Exercise - Improve posture, balance and coordination with one-on-one sessions with a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. This type of exercise decreases your risk of injury, improves pain, and helps you complete every day tasks with ease.

PilatesA type of exercise that focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements. No matter your age or fitness level, our tailored, one-on-one Pilates sessions are sure to leave you feeling strong, lengthened, and energized! No equipment needed.

Individualized approach

Exercise therapy programs are tailored to the specific needs, abilities, and goals of each individual. This personalized approach ensures that exercises are appropriate for the person's condition, level of fitness, and any underlying health concerns. By customizing the program, exercise therapy maximizes effectiveness and safety, leading to better outcomes in rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall health improvement.

  • Poor posture

  • Post-rehabilitation follow-up care

How Often?

  • Post-injury/surgery rehabilitation: 2x/week until strength is regained and then as needed for maintenance

  • General fitness : 1-2x/week

  • Poor posture: 2x/week until posture improves, then as needed for maintenance 

  • Muscular imbalance: 1-2x/week

  • Neck/back pain or arthritis: 1-2x/week
